Why are some states missing?
We do not quote states where kratom sales are banned, where a seller licence or registration is required that we do not hold, or where the legal position is unsettled. Each missing state links to its law page.
Do the formats we quote differ by state?
Yes. We list only the formats that the research behind each state page shows are lawful there, so a state page can show fewer than six formats.
Is pricing published?
