Kratom. One supplies wholesale kratom to Wyoming businesses, direct from US manufacturers. The Kratom Product Regulation article (W.S. 35-7-2201 to 35-7-2203), in force since July 1, 2026, caps 7-OH at 2%, defines adulteration broadly and bars confections. That last rule is why we quote five formats in Wyoming and do not list gummies.

Short answer
Yes. Wyoming regulates kratom under SF 56, in force July 1, 2026. Sales to anyone under 21 are barred, 7-OH is capped at 2% of alkaloid composition, synthesized and semi-synthesized alkaloids count as adulteration, and labels need per-serving mitragynine and 7-OH numbers. Kratom. One quotes powder, crushed leaf, capsules, extracts and shots, not gummies, direct from US manufacturers.
Wyoming at a glance
The short version of what applies to a Wyoming order. Full rules are on our Wyoming law page.
Formats we quote for Wyoming
SF 56 bars confections, candy look-alikes, vapes and combustibles, and treats chemically altered alkaloids as adulteration. Gummies fall under the confection ban, so we do not list them in Wyoming.
Leaf powder for Wyoming buyers
Each retail package needs the maker or distributor address, ingredients, set warnings, serving directions and mitragynine and 7-OH numbers per serving.

Green Maeng Da

White Maeng Da

Red Bali

Green Malay

White Borneo
Crushed leaf for Wyoming buyers
Crushed leaf carries the same label elements as powder. The lot report is the source for the per-serving mitragynine and 7-OH figures.

Crushed Kratom Leaf
Capsules for Wyoming buyers
Capsules fit the amount-per-serving and servings-per-package lines well. Packaging cannot use shapes that appeal to children.

Red Vein Capsules

Green Vein Capsules

White Vein Capsules
Extracts for Wyoming buyers
The act treats synthesized and semi-synthesized alkaloids as adulteration, and the definition is broad, covering fermentation and enzymatic methods. We quote extracts against a lot report and ask the manufacturer for process detail, and we never ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products.

Kratom Extract Powder

Liquid Kratom Extract

Mitragynine Extract

High Purity Mitragynine
Shots for Wyoming buyers
Liquids are not barred by the act. The label must state servings per package and the maximum servings in 24 hours, which multi-serving bottles can get wrong.

Wyoming order checklist
Five things to settle before you place a Wyoming order, in the order they usually come up.
Write an under-21 policy and train staff
A written under-21 policy with trained staff and ID checks can avoid a fine on a first offense. Put the policy in writing before the first delivery.
Keep kratom out of reach of minors
Product cannot be displayed or stored where under-21s can reach it. Plan a counter or case position before stock arrives.
Do not stock gummies or candy-style products
The act bars confections and candy look-alikes, and packaging cannot use shapes that appeal to children. Skip anything that reads as candy, including novelty shapes.
Get per-serving numbers from the lot report
Labels must give mitragynine and 7-OH per serving as numbers, so a lot-level report is needed in practice. Confirm the report expresses figures per serving, not only as percentages.
Ask about extraction method
Synthesized covers fermentation, recombinant, yeast-derived and enzymatic methods. For extracts, ask the manufacturer to describe the process before you buy.
Know the penalty ladder
A violation is a misdemeanor, and after a third violation within two years a court may bar kratom sales at the location for up to 180 days. A store with repeat violations can lose the whole category.
Wyoming compliance points for buyers
Adulteration is defined broadly
A product is adulterated if it has an added controlled substance, a synthesized alkaloid or a semi-synthesized alkaloid. Synthesized covers fermentation, recombinant, yeast-derived and enzymatic methods, which is why extracts are quoted only against a lot report and process detail from the manufacturer.
Display and age
Nothing may be sold or delivered to a person under 21, and product cannot be displayed or stored where under-21s can reach it. A written under-21 policy with trained staff and ID checks can avoid a fine on a first offense.
Per-serving numbers on the label
Labels must give mitragynine and 7-OH per serving as numbers, so a lot-level lab report is needed in practice. The enrolled text says 2%; one news report said 0.2%, and we follow the enrolled text.
Online sellers and rules to come
The act has no specific clause for out-of-state sellers, so we treat Wyoming orders as covered. The Departments of Health and Agriculture may adopt implementing rules, and none had been located when we reviewed.
Labels and records for Wyoming
What the statute asks for on a package, and the records that let you stand behind it.
Per-serving mitragynine and 7-OH
Both alkaloids appear as numbers per serving, not as a range or a percentage of the product. Build the figures from the lot report and update them when the lot changes.
Directions, warnings and address
Each retail package needs the maker or distributor address, ingredients, set warnings, serving directions, servings per package and maximum servings in 24 hours. The state chemist tests on request.
What changed and what to watch
- March 3-4, 2026

The Governor signed SF 56 as Chapter 68.
- July 1, 2026
The Kratom Product Regulation article took effect.
- October 14, 2026
DEA published a notice of intent on 7-OH and mitragynine pseudoindoxyl. An order cannot issue before about November 13, 2026.
Local rules inside Wyoming
No local rules found. No Wyoming city or county kratom ordinance was found, but the search was not exhaustive. We check each ship-to address before quoting.
Wyoming compared with nearby states
Colorado
Same age of 21 and a 2% cap on the 7-OH fraction, but gummies are listed there.
South Dakota
Same 21 and 2% 7-OH cap, with a statutory health warning to copy word for word; gummies are listed there.
Idaho
No kratom statute, age limit, 7-OH cap or label law, so the state sets no format or label rules at all.
Bulk kratom in Wyoming FAQ
Does Kratom. One ship wholesale kratom to Wyoming?
Yes, to business buyers. Orders ship direct from US manufacturers after we review the Wyoming ship-to address against SF 56.
Which kratom formats can a Wyoming store order?
Leaf powder, crushed leaf, capsules, extracts and shots. We do not quote gummies, which the act's confection and child-appeal rules reach. Extracts are quoted against a lot report because chemically altered alkaloids count as adulteration.
Why are gummies not listed for Wyoming?
SF 56 bars confections and candy look-alikes, and a kratom gummy falls in that group. Since we could not confirm an exception, we leave it off.
Does a Wyoming retailer need lab reports?
The act has no testing mandate and the state chemist tests on request, but labels must state mitragynine and 7-OH per serving. See our lab results page for what we provide.
Why does Kratom. One use 21 when Wyoming says 21?
Wyoming sets 21, matching our rule. We sell to businesses only, to adults 21 and over.
What happens if a Wyoming retailer breaks the act?
A violation is a misdemeanor, and after a third violation within two years a court may bar kratom sales at the location for up to 180 days. A buyer's written under-21 policy helps.
Is the Wyoming 7-OH limit 2% or 0.2%?
The enrolled text says 2%. One news report on the bill in House committee said 0.2%, which conflicts with the enrolled act, so we follow the enrolled text.
