What happens after I submit an offer?
Your offer goes straight to our sales team. We confirm availability and the state rules for your ship-to address, then reply by email with a written quote or a counter-offer. Nothing is charged and no order is created by submitting this form.
Is an offer binding?
No. An offer is a request for a quote. A sale is only made once you approve our written quote.
Who can make an offer?
Businesses buying for resale or manufacture, aged 21 or older, shipping to a location where we can lawfully sell. Consumer orders are not accepted.
Can I make an offer on more than one product?
Yes. List the products in the product field or the notes, or build the order in the order estimator and send the whole estimate across.
How is this different from the wholesale quote form?
The wholesale quote form asks us to price an order. Make an Offer lets you name the price per kilogram you want to pay. Both go to the same sales team.
Do you sell 7-OH products?
No. Kratom.One does not sell 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) products.
