Kratom. One supplies wholesale kratom to New Hampshire businesses, shipped direct from US manufacturers. The state has no kratom statute, so city codes decide: Franklin bans kratom outright and Nashua bars sales under 21, which is why we check every ship-to address before we quote.

Short answer
Yes, in most of the state. New Hampshire has no kratom law on age, labels, testing or 7-OH, and two 2026 bills that targeted synthetic kratom died on May 21, 2026. The rules that matter are local: Franklin bans kratom and Nashua bars sales under 21. Kratom. One quotes six formats to New Hampshire businesses, except Franklin addresses.

Formats we quote for New Hampshire
With no state rule on formats, the ship-to city matters more than the product type.
Leaf powder for New Hampshire buyers
Leaf powder faces no state label or testing rule in New Hampshire. The real check is the delivery address, since Franklin treats kratom itself as banned.

Red Maeng Da

Green Maeng Da

White Maeng Da

Red Bali

Green Malay

White Borneo
Crushed leaf for New Hampshire buyers
Same position as powder: no state format rule, and the same Franklin and Nashua address checks apply.

Crushed Kratom Leaf
Capsules for New Hampshire buyers
Capsules carry no state-specific rule. Nashua's under-21 sales rule covers kratom and mitragynine products by name, so capsules sold there need an age gate.

Red Vein Capsules

Green Vein Capsules

White Vein Capsules
Extracts for New Hampshire buyers
Nashua's rule names 7-OH products, and the 2026 bills aimed at synthetic and semisynthetic lines. We quote extracts against a lot report only and never ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products.

Kratom Extract Powder

Liquid Kratom Extract

Mitragynine Extract

High Purity Mitragynine
Gummies for New Hampshire buyers
No New Hampshire edible rule exists. Nashua's age rule applies to any product containing mitragynine or 7-OH, gummies included.

Mixed Berry Gummies

Tropical Gummies

Watermelon Gummies
Shots for New Hampshire buyers
Liquids follow the same absence of state rules. Apply the Nashua 21+ gate and the Franklin block to shots as to any other format.

-
The manufacturer ships direct to you, with the lot's lab report available for the products you ordered.
New Hampshire order checklist
Five things to settle before you place a New Hampshire order, in the order they usually come up.
Send the town for every address
The state has no rule, so the municipality is the whole question. Give us the city or town for each store and warehouse, because only Franklin and Nashua have been reviewed so far.
Block Franklin
Franklin lists kratom among banned smoking substances and covers use, possession, purchase, sale and display for sale. Do not route stock to a Franklin store, even a back-room warehouse.
Gate Nashua at 21
The Nashua rule covers selling, giving away, delivering or displaying for sale, so the age check belongs at the counter, online and on any display. It names 7-OH products as well.
Adopt 21 across the whole state
One age policy for all New Hampshire locations is simpler than running Nashua differently from Concord or Manchester, and it matches how we sell.
Avoid the lines the 2026 bills targeted
Both failed bills aimed at synthetic and semisynthetic kratom. Skipping those product types now means a 2027 bill would not leave you holding stock you cannot sell.
Watch for 2027 bill requests
The governor has said she supports more regulation. Check the General Court site when the next session opens and tell us if a new bill appears.
New Hampshire compliance points for buyers
No state statute
New Hampshire has no state law on kratom age, labels, testing, alkaloid limits or licensing, and kratom and 7-OH were not found on the RSA 318-B schedules. That finding relied partly on secondary sources, and 2025 bills were not checked.
Franklin is a no-ship city
Franklin's City Code ch. 254 lists mitragynine and kratom among banned smoking substances, and bars using, possessing, buying, selling, offering, delivering or displaying it for sale. The code has applied since August 2019, and the substances can be forfeited. We do not quote Franklin addresses.
Nashua's 21+ rule
City Code s. 225-6 (Ord. O-25-051, adopted September 9, 2025) makes it unlawful to sell, give away, deliver or display for sale kratom or mitragynine and 7-OH products to anyone under 21. Retailers there need an age gate on every unit.
Bills that died
SB 557 and HB 1423, which carried a ban on synthetic and semisynthetic kratom, died on May 21, 2026 when the chambers could not agree. The governor has said she supports more regulation, so new bills are likely in 2027.
Labels and records for New Hampshire
What the statute asks for on a package, and the records that let you stand behind it.
No state label rule
New Hampshire sets no kratom label content, and no state or local label rule was found. That leaves the packaging to you, so keep the ingredient list accurate and consistent with the lot report.
Age statement for Nashua
Because Nashua bars sales under 21, a retailer there should make the age limit visible at the shelf and at checkout. The code does not prescribe wording that we confirmed, so use plain language.
What changed and what to watch
- August 5, 2019
Franklin added mitragynine and kratom to its city ban on illegal smoking substances (City Code ch. 254).
- September 9, 2025
Nashua adopted Ord. O-25-051, barring sales of kratom and mitragynine or 7-OH products to anyone under 21.
- May 21, 2026
SB 557 and HB 1423 died when each chamber refused the other's version. Both carried a synthetic kratom ban.
- August 26, 2026
DEA temporarily placed mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 in Schedule I. We do not supply these compounds.
Local rules inside New Hampshire
Franklin. City Code ch. 254 bans use, possession, purchase and sale of kratom and mitragynine. The penalty amount was not confirmed. We block Franklin ship-to addresses.
Nashua. City Code s. 225-6 bars sales, gifts, delivery or display for sale of kratom or mitragynine and 7-OH products to anyone under 21. Its effective date and penalty were not confirmed. Only these two cities were reviewed, so tell us your address and we will check it.
New Hampshire compared with nearby states
Maine
Also has no state kratom law and keeps kratom off its state schedules, so it shares the same gap that local rules and later bills could fill.
New York
The opposite approach: a statewide 21+ law with ID checks and signage, and labels showing mitragynine and 7-OH amounts from December 19, 2026.
Pennsylvania
Also no state law, but a bill, HB 2657, has passed the House and sits in a Senate committee.
