Kratom. One supplies wholesale kratom to New Jersey businesses, shipped direct from US manufacturers. New Jersey has no kratom statute, but 7-OH and kratom bills are pending in 2026, so we review each ship-to address and order before we quote.

Short answer
Yes, for now. New Jersey has no kratom statute, age limit, label rule or testing rule, and 2026 legislative statements say state law does not bar kratom or 7-OH. That could change: S301 would schedule 7-OH, CJ's Law would ban kratom, and a consumer protection bill would set 21+. Kratom. One quotes six formats to New Jersey businesses and tracks each bill.
New Jersey at a glance
The short version of what applies to a New Jersey order. Full rules are on our New Jersey law page.
Formats we quote for New Jersey
New Jersey sets no format rule today. What matters is that the pending bills target 7-OH and synthetic compounds, so lot reports carry more weight.
Leaf powder for New Jersey buyers
Leaf powder is the plainest category to stock in New Jersey, with no state label, testing or age rule to meet. We still supply the lot report on request.

Red Maeng Da

Green Maeng Da

White Maeng Da

Red Bali

Green Malay

White Borneo
Crushed leaf for New Jersey buyers
Crushed leaf follows the same position as powder. With no statute in force, the useful step is keeping the lot report on file for each batch.

Crushed Kratom Leaf
Capsules for New Jersey buyers
Capsules are a fixed-amount format and fall under the same absence of state rules. The pending Consumer Protection Act bills would add product registration, so keep lot records.

Red Vein Capsules

Green Vein Capsules

White Vein Capsules
Extracts for New Jersey buyers
Extracts are where the pending 7-OH bills matter most. We quote them against a lot report and never ship concentrated, isolated or synthetic 7-OH products into New Jersey.

Kratom Extract Powder

Liquid Kratom Extract

Mitragynine Extract

High Purity Mitragynine
Gummies for New Jersey buyers
No New Jersey rule singles out edibles today. Keep the lot report and ingredient list, since several pending bills would add labels and registration.

Mixed Berry Gummies

Tropical Gummies

Watermelon Gummies
Shots for New Jersey buyers
Liquid shots have no separate New Jersey rule at present. Ask for the lot report so you can show what each batch contains if the bills change.

Original Shots

Citrus Shots

New Jersey order checklist
Five things to settle before you place a New Jersey order, in the order they usually come up.
Leave out MP, MGM-15 and MGM-16
DEA scheduled these in August 2026 and a secondary source reports New Jersey followed on September 25, 2026. The state alert was not read, so treat any product containing them as off the list until confirmed.
Keep 7-OH lines under review
S301 would add 7-OH to Schedule I with immediate effect if enacted, and distributing it would become a crime. Stock only what you can document and could pull quickly.
Set 21+ now
The statewide age is not set, but the Consumer Protection Act bills use 21. Adopting it today means you are already compliant if that bill moves.
Keep 7-OH as a share of alkaloids
The proposed cap in S1384 and A4222 is 2% of alkaloids. A lot report that shows the ratio lets you check a batch against it ahead of time.
Check town codes, starting with two
A secondary source mentions a Highlands ordinance and a Watchung 21+ ordinance introduced in July 2026. Neither was verified, so send those addresses to us before ordering.
Track four bill numbers
S301 and A5359 on 7-OH, S829 and A1617 on a kratom ban, and S1384 and A4222 on regulation. The session runs to January 2028, so the watch is long.
New Jersey compliance points for buyers
No kratom statute today
New Jersey has no law setting an age limit, label content, testing or a license for kratom. Legislative statements from 2026 say possession and distribution of kratom are not barred by state law.
The 7-OH bills
S301 and its Assembly twin A5359 would add 7-OH to Schedule I, and S301 cleared the Senate Health Committee in March 2026. None had passed as of October 2026, which is why we do not ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products.
Synthetic compounds
DEA temporarily scheduled MP, MGM-15 and MGM-16 in August 2026, and a secondary source reports New Jersey followed on September 25, 2026. The state alert was not read, so confirm it. We do not supply these compounds.
Ban and consumer-protection bills
CJ's Law (S829/A1617) would criminalize kratom, while S1384 and A4222 would set 21+, labels, Department of Health registration and a 2% 7-OH cap. The session runs to January 2028, so we track both.
Labels and records for New Jersey
What the statute asks for on a package, and the records that let you stand behind it.
No required label today
New Jersey sets no kratom label content. That leaves your own packaging, which should list the ingredients accurately and match the lot report on file.
What S1384 would add
The consumer protection bill would bring labels, registration and a 7-OH cap of 2% of alkaloids. It is still in committee, so treat it as a preview of the format to build toward, not a rule you must follow yet.
What changed and what to watch
- March 16, 2026
The Senate Health Committee reported S301, which would add 7-OH to Schedule I. It moved to Senate Budget and Appropriations.
- August 26, 2026
DEA temporarily placed mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 in Schedule I. We do not supply these compounds.
- September 25, 2026
A secondary source reports MP, MGM-15 and MGM-16 became Schedule I in New Jersey 30 days after the federal order. The state alert was not read.
- October 14, 2026
DEA published a notice of intent on 7-OH and mitragynine pseudoindoxyl. An order cannot issue before about November 13, 2026.
Local rules inside New Jersey
Highlands (Monmouth County). One secondary source mentions a borough kratom ordinance posted in 2025 but does not describe it. Not verified; confirm any Highlands address with us.
Watchung. One secondary source says a 21+ sales ordinance was introduced in July 2026. Adoption was not confirmed, so we review Watchung addresses before quoting. Other towns were not checked either way.
New Jersey compared with nearby states
New York
Already regulated: 21 and over with ID checks and signage, and labels showing mitragynine and 7-OH amounts from December 19, 2026.
Pennsylvania
Also no state law, but its bill, HB 2657, has already passed the House and is in Senate committee.
Delaware
A state law exists: 21 and over, youth-appealing design banned, and no 7-OH cap yet, with a report due January 1, 2027.
Bulk kratom in New Jersey FAQ
Does Kratom. One ship wholesale kratom to New Jersey?
Yes, to business buyers. Orders ship direct from US manufacturers after we review the New Jersey ship-to address against current law and the pending bills.
Is kratom legal to sell in New Jersey?
Yes. New Jersey has no kratom statute, and legislative statements from 2026 say kratom and 7-OH are not barred by state law.
Which kratom formats can a New Jersey store order?
Leaf powder, crushed leaf, capsules, extracts, gummies and shots. New Jersey has no format ban today, but we never ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products.
Why does Kratom. One use 21 when New Jersey has no age limit?

Does a New Jersey retailer need lab reports?
The state does not require testing. A lot report is still the practical way to show what you stock if S301 or the registration bills pass. See our lab results page.
Is 7-OH legal in New Jersey?
As of September 2026, yes. S301 and A5359 would add 7-OH to Schedule I, and S301 has cleared the Senate Health Committee, so we never ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products.
Could New Jersey law change soon?
Yes. S301 would put 7-OH in Schedule I with immediate effect if enacted, and other bills would ban or regulate kratom. We recheck orders against the status of each bill.
