Compliance note
Kratom rules and 7-OH
Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is a botanical. It is not federally scheduled in the US; the DEA temporary scheduling action announced in 2026 covers 7-OH above a specified threshold and related compounds, not botanical kratom with naturally occurring 7-OH below it. Some states, counties and cities ban or restrict kratom, so every order is reviewed against current rules before it ships. We give no directions for use and make no health or effect claims; buyers are responsible for the labeling and claims on their own products.
