How to buy wholesale kratom

Bulk Kratom in Nevada

Kratom. One supplies wholesale kratom to Nevada businesses. Orders ship direct from US manufacturers and are checked against NRS 597.998, which requires a label with ingredients and directions and bars adulterated kratom. A Board of Pharmacy draft (R105-26) would schedule kratom, and we flag it before any quote.

Short answer

Yes. NRS 597.998 allows kratom sales in Nevada. It requires a label with ingredients and directions for safe and effective use, bars injurious adulteration and sets no alkaloid cap, testing rule or license. The risk is a Board of Pharmacy draft, R105-26, that would put kratom in Schedule I. Kratom. One quotes six formats to Nevada businesses and reviews each ship-to address first.

Formats we quote for Nevada

NRS 597.998 does not ban a format. Each one needs the same label and the same adulteration care.

6 products

Leaf powder for Nevada buyers

Leaf powder is the simplest line to label under the Nevada statute: list the ingredient and give directions on the package. Keep the supplier's written statement for each lot.

Crushed leaf for Nevada buyers

Same label duty as powder. The statute defines kratom to include any leaf part containing mitragynine or 7-OH, so crushed leaf sits squarely inside it.

Capsules for Nevada buyers

Capsules make the directions line easy to print accurately. Nevada sets no serving-size or alkaloid disclosure rule, so the lot report is your own back-up.

Extracts for Nevada buyers

Nevada has no alkaloid cap, but the statute reaches synthetic material and the pending draft names 7-OH and mitragynine. We quote extracts against a lot report only and never ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products.

Gummies for Nevada buyers

Nevada has no separate edible rule, so the ingredient list and directions on the label carry the weight. Multi-ingredient products need a complete ingredient list.

Shots for Nevada buyers

Liquids follow the same statute. The label must list every ingredient and give directions, and adulteration with an injurious substance is barred in any form.

How a Nevada order works

  1. Send your business details, products, quantities and every Nevada ship-to address through the quote form.

  2. We check each address against NRS 597.998 and the pending scheduling draft, and tell you if anything needs to change before we quote.

  3. We quote the order. Pricing is not published and there is no online checkout.

  4. The manufacturer ships direct to you, with the lot's lab report available for the products you ordered.

Nevada order checklist

Five things to settle before you place a Nevada order, in the order they usually come up.

Write the label first

Nevada asks for two things on every unit: a clear ingredient list and directions for safe and effective use. Draft both per product before you order so the packaging is ready when stock lands.

Keep the supplier statement

A seller can rely in good faith on what the manufacturer or distributor told it. File the written statement with each invoice so the reliance is documented, not remembered.

Store lot reports with the invoice

Nevada does not require testing, which makes the lot report your only evidence that a batch was not adulterated. One report per lot, kept with the paperwork.

Plan an exit for inventory

If R105-26 is adopted, kratom would become a Schedule I substance. Order in quantities you can sell through, and avoid building a long stockpile while the draft is open.

Track the Board of Pharmacy agenda

The draft went to the Legislative Counsel Bureau on April 29, 2026. No adoption hearing had been found as of October 2026, so watch agendas and tell us if one is posted.

Confirm the city and county

We found no kratom rules in Las Vegas, Clark County, Reno or Henderson, but that search was not complete. Send each address so we can look before we quote.

Nevada compliance points for buyers

Label and adulteration

Every kratom product sold in Nevada needs a label that sets out its ingredients and directions for safe and effective use. You may not sell kratom adulterated with a substance that makes it injurious. A seller can rely in good faith on what the manufacturer or distributor told it.

No cap, testing or license

Nevada has no numeric alkaloid limit, no testing rule and no seller or product registration. The governor vetoed AB 322 in June 2023, which would have added registration, testing and a 1% 7-OH cap. Lot reports are the practical record for a good-faith defense.

Penalty exposure

NRS 597.998 sets a civil penalty of up to 1,000 dollars per violation. The statute does not name the agency that collects it, and we could not confirm one, so ask Nevada counsel how it would be applied to a wholesale account.

The R105-26 scheduling draft

A Board of Pharmacy draft sent to the Legislative Counsel Bureau on April 29, 2026 would put any quantity of kratom, plus 7-OH, mitragynine and related alkaloids, in Schedule I. No adoption hearing or final rule was found as of October 2026. If it is adopted, we would stop quoting Nevada.

Labels and records for Nevada

What the statute asks for on a package, and the records that let you stand behind it.

Ingredients

The statute asks for a clear ingredient list. For a single-ingredient leaf product that is short, but for gummies and shots it has to name every component, and it should match the formula the manufacturer gave you.

Directions for safe and effective use

This is the second required line and the statute adds nothing else: no serving-size rule, alkaloid disclosure or warning text. Write directions once per product and keep them consistent across lots.

What changed and what to watch

  • 2019

AB 303 added NRS 597.998: an 18+ age rule, an adulteration ban and a basic label rule.

  • June 16, 2023

Governor Lombardo vetoed AB 322, which would have added registration, testing and a 1% 7-OH cap.

  • April 29, 2026

Draft regulation R105-26, which would put kratom and its alkaloids in Schedule I, went to the Legislative Counsel Bureau. No adoption hearing had been found as of October 2026.

  • August 26, 2026

DEA temporarily placed mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 in Schedule I. We do not supply these compounds.

Local rules inside Nevada

Las Vegas, Clark County, Reno and Henderson. We found no city or county kratom rules in these places, but that search was not complete, so a clear result is not proof that no rule exists. Tell us the address and we will check it before quoting.

Nevada compared with nearby states

Arizona

Also 18 and over, but with a rule Nevada lacks: 7-OH capped at 2% of alkaloid composition, with synthetics banned.

Idaho

No state kratom law at all, and the 2026 bills there failed, so Nevada is the one with a label statute.

Colorado

Higher age and tighter product rules: 21 and over, a 2% 7-OH cap and per-serving label amounts.
