Ordering
How do I order wholesale kratom?
Send a quote request with the products, quantities and ship-to state. We reply by email with pricing, minimums and lead time. When you approve the quote we send payment instructions, and the order ships once payment is received.
Who can buy from Kratom.One?
Businesses buying for resale or manufacturing: retailers, smoke shops, convenience stores, private label brands, distributors and manufacturers. Every buyer must be 21 or older.
Do you sell to individuals or consumers?
No. Kratom.One is wholesale only.
Do I need a resale certificate or business license?
We may ask for one. You can upload a resale certificate or business license at checkout.
Can I combine several products in one order?
Yes. Powder, crushed leaf, capsules, gummies, shots and extracts can be quoted together as one order.
Pricing and Minimums
Why are prices not listed on the site?
Wholesale kratom is priced by quote because the right price depends on format, volume, specification and ship-to state, and every ship-to address is reviewed first.
What is the minimum order?
Minimums depend on the product and format, and they are listed on every quote.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Larger orders, standing monthly orders and repeat buyers qualify for volume tiers.
When do I pay?
After you approve your quote. No payment is taken when you submit a quote request.
Products and Strains
What kratom products do you sell?
Bulk kratom powder in red, green and white Maeng Da, Red Bali, Green Malay and White Borneo; crushed leaf; unbranded capsules, gummies and shots; and kratom extract powder, liquid extract, mitragynine extract and high purity mitragynine. See the full catalog.
What is the difference between red, green and white vein kratom?
Vein color describes the central vein of the leaf at harvest, which relates to leaf maturity, plus how the leaf is dried. All three are Mitragyna speciosa, and each is listed as a separate product with its own lot testing.
What does Maeng Da mean?
Maeng Da is a trade name for a selected kratom line. It is sold in all three vein colors: Red, Green and White Maeng Da.
What is the difference between powder and crushed leaf?
Crushed leaf is a coarser cut of the same leaf. Powder is finely milled. Crushed leaf suits tea cut products and buyers who mill in house.
What extract specifications do you offer?
Extract powder from 10:1 to 50:1, liquid extract in bulk containers, mitragynine extract at 45 to 80% and high purity mitragynine at 90 to 98%+. Specifications are sent with each quote.
What flavors are the gummies and shots?
Gummies come in Mixed Berry, Tropical and Watermelon. Shots come in Original, Citrus and Berry.
Lab Results and 7-OH
Do orders come with lab results?
Yes. The batch lab results for the lot you receive ship with every order.
Can I see lab results before I order?
Yes. Ask when you request or approve your quote and we send the results for the lot we plan to ship.
What should I look for on a kratom lab report?
Alkaloid content, including mitragynine and 7-OH reported as its own line; heavy metals such as lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury; microbials; and a lot number that matches the material you receive.
Do you sell 7-OH or enhanced kratom?
No. We do not sell 7-OH products, enhanced kratom or products with added or concentrated 7-hydroxymitragynine. Lab results for our mitragynine products report 7-OH as its own line.
Shipping
Do you blind ship?
Yes. Every order ships in plain packaging with no brand labeling on the outside.
Can you ship directly to my customers?
Yes. Because orders ship blind, we can ship to your clients, subject to the same ship-to review.
How long does shipping take?
Lead time and freight depend on the order and destination, and both are listed on your quote before you approve it.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See shipping and returns.
Compliance and State Rules
Is kratom legal to buy wholesale?
Botanical kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is not federally scheduled in the US. In 2026 the DEA moved to temporarily schedule 7-OH above a specified threshold and related compounds, which does not cover botanical kratom with naturally occurring 7-OH below that threshold. Several states, counties and cities ban or restrict kratom.
Do you ship to every state?
No. We ship only where our products can be lawfully delivered, and we review every ship-to address against current state and local rules before confirming an order.
Do you give directions for use or health information?
No. We give no directions for use and make no health or effect claims. We can answer questions about products, specifications, lab results, packaging and ordering.
Who is responsible for labeling on resold products?
The buyer. If you sell under your own label, you are responsible for the labeling, claims and local requirements that apply where you sell.
Private Label
Do you offer private label kratom?
Yes. Capsules, gummies and shots are supplied unbranded for your label, and powder can be repackaged under your brand. See private label kratom.
Do you design or print labels?
Products ship unbranded. Tell us your label plans when you request a quote and we will confirm what fits your packaging.
Can I start with one product?
Yes. Many brands launch with a single format or flavor and add more after the first reorder.
