Kratom. One supplies wholesale kratom to Pennsylvania businesses, direct from US manufacturers. The state has no kratom statute today, but HB 2657 passed the House 202-0 on October 5, 2026 and would allow only natural leaf products at 0.05% or less 7-OH. Nothing is banned now, so we quote every format, flag the bill and recheck status before each order.

Short answer
Yes, today. Pennsylvania has no enacted kratom law, so there is no state age limit, label rule or 7-OH cap. HB 2657 passed the House 202-0 and sits in Senate Health and Human Services. It would limit sales to plain leaf at 0.05% 7-OH or less. Kratom. One quotes all six formats to Pennsylvania businesses and rechecks the bill before each order.

Formats we quote for Pennsylvania
Nothing in Pennsylvania law bans a format today. HB 2657, as passed by the House, would allow only plain leaf, so extracts, gummies and shots carry the most risk if it becomes law. Check back for updates.
Leaf powder for Pennsylvania buyers
Raw leaf powder is the form HB 2657 describes as a natural kratom product. If the bill becomes law, the 0.05% dry-weight 7-OH limit would apply, so ask for the lot report now.

Dried cut-and-sifted leaf is named in the House-passed text. Keeping orders to plain leaf is the simplest way to stay ready for the pending bill.

Crushed Kratom Leaf
Capsules for Pennsylvania buyers
The bill allows an inert encapsulating agent in a natural product, so plain leaf capsules would still fit. It would also require resealable, child-resistant packaging.

Red Vein Capsules

Green Vein Capsules

White Vein Capsules
Extracts for Pennsylvania buyers
No Pennsylvania law bars extracts today. HB 2657 would bar extracts and treat them as synthetic, so a Senate vote could change this quickly. We quote them against a lot report and recheck status before each order.

Kratom Extract Powder

Liquid Kratom Extract

Mitragynine Extract

High Purity Mitragynine
Gummies for Pennsylvania buyers

Pennsylvania order checklist
Five things to settle before you place a Pennsylvania order, in the order they usually come up.
Decide how much stock to hold
The Senate has the bill and supporters hope to pass it before the session ends in November. Order in quantities you can sell through, because a product could become unlawful to sell if the bill is enacted.
Favor plain leaf where you can
Powder, crushed leaf and plain-leaf capsules are the forms the House text describes as natural products. They carry the least exposure if the bill passes.
Get lot reports that show 7-OH by dry weight
The bill measures 7-OH at 0.05% or less on a dry-weight basis. Ask for a lot report now so you know where each product would sit.
Plan for registration
As passed by the House, HB 2657 would require yearly Department of Health registration for processors and retailers, with main sections starting 180 days after enactment. Find out early whether your site would need it.
Stay clear of concentrated 7-OH
Three county district attorneys have asked the Health Secretary to emergency-schedule 7-OH. No action was confirmed, and we never ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products.
Ask us for the status before each reorder
We recheck HB 2657 before every Pennsylvania quote, and this page is next reviewed on December 1, 2026. Reorders should wait on that recheck.
Pennsylvania compliance points for buyers
No state kratom law today
Pennsylvania has not enacted a kratom statute, so there is no state age limit, label rule, testing rule or 7-OH limit, and 7-OH is not scheduled under state law. We still sell to businesses and adults 21 and over only.
HB 2657 would narrow the market
As amended (PN 3980), a natural kratom product must be dried cut-and-sifted leaf or raw leaf powder with no extract and no added ingredient except an inert encapsulating agent, at 0.05% 7-OH or less by dry weight. Anything else would be treated as synthetic or semi-synthetic and banned.
Registration, age and labels
The bill would require yearly Department of Health registration for processors, including those selling to retailers, and for retailers. It would set 21 and over with scan-based checks, a retail tax, and detailed labels with child-resistant packaging, effective 180 days after enactment.
District attorneys and 7-OH
The Berks, Bucks and Chester County district attorneys have asked the Secretary of Health to emergency-schedule 7-OH. No action was confirmed, which is one more reason we never ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products.
Labels and records for Pennsylvania
What the statute asks for on a package, and the records that let you stand behind it.
No state label rule yet
With no enacted statute, general federal food and supplement labeling is the baseline today. Keep product names and ingredient lists plain and consistent with the lot.
Labels the bill would add
HB 2657 would require detailed labels and resealable, child-resistant packaging 180 days after enactment. Stock you buy now may need relabeling if the bill is signed.

Far stricter: 7-OH is Schedule I under OAC 4729:9-1-01.1, and we quote only leaf powder and crushed leaf there.
New Jersey
Closest match: no enacted kratom law and no statewide age limit, with all six formats still quoted.
