Kratom. One supplies wholesale kratom to New York businesses, shipped direct from US manufacturers. New York law is 21+ with ID checks, labels showing mitragynine and 7-OH amounts start December 19, 2026, and several counties ban sales, so we screen every ship-to address.

Short answer
Yes, for buyers 21 and over. New York requires a 21+ age check with photo ID and a posted sign, and from December 19, 2026 labels must show mitragynine and 7-OH amounts. A 7-OH cap bill, S8925-A, awaits the Governor, and Nassau, Oneida, Albany, Washington and Rensselaer counties have acted against sales. Kratom. One quotes six formats and reviews each county first.
New York at a glance
The short version of what applies to a New York order. Full rules are on our New York law page.
Formats we quote for New York
S8925-A, the 7-OH cap bill, awaits the Governor and could change the extract rules, so extracts are quoted against a lot report only. All six formats are available, subject to county rules. Check back for updates.
Leaf powder for New York buyers
Natural leaf powder is the simplest format to document for the new New York label, because the lot report supplies the mitragynine and 7-OH amounts the label must show.

Red Maeng Da

Green Maeng Da

White Maeng Da

Red Bali

Green Malay

White Borneo
Crushed leaf for New York buyers
Crushed leaf carries the same label duty as powder from December 19, 2026. Ask for the lot report so your New York label figures come from a real batch.

Crushed Kratom Leaf
Capsules for New York buyers
Capsules make per-serving figures easy to state. If S8925-A is signed, 7-OH would be capped at 1 mg per serving as well as 2% of alkaloids, so serving data matters.

Red Vein Capsules

Green Vein Capsules

White Vein Capsules
Extracts for New York buyers
If S8925-A is signed, 7-OH would be capped at 2% of total alkaloids and 1 mg per serving. We quote extracts only against a lot report that meets both limits, never ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products, and recheck when the Governor acts.

Kratom Extract Powder

Liquid Kratom Extract

Mitragynine Extract

High Purity Mitragynine
Gummies for New York buyers
Edibles draw extra attention in New York. Suffolk County caps 7-OH at 2% in food and drink products, and committee bills would bar kratom in food or drink from 2027, so we review each address.

Mixed Berry Gummies

Tropical Gummies

Watermelon Gummies
Shots for New York buyers
Liquid shots follow the same 21+ and label rules. Suffolk County and the pending food and drink bills make liquids a format we confirm county by county before quoting.

New York order checklist
Five things to settle before you place a New York order, in the order they usually come up.
Check photo ID on every sale
New York bars any kratom business, wholesale or retail, from knowingly selling to someone under 21. Sellers check photo ID, and the check can be skipped only when the buyer reasonably appears 25 or older, which is no defense if the buyer is underage.
Post the under-21 warning
The statute sets the sign wording, a white card with red letters at least half an inch high. Online stores, apps and print ads need the same line in red 12-point type.
Relabel before December 19, 2026
Distributors are in scope for the label law. Labels need the maker or distributor, ingredients, warnings, the quantity of mitragynine and 7-OH and a statement on synthesized compounds. Final font and placement rules were not confirmed.
Pull a lot report for every batch
The label figures come from the lab report, so no lot should ship without one. Flag anything above 2% 7-OH of total alkaloids or 1 mg per serving, since S8925-A would set those limits.
Screen the county before you order
Nassau, Oneida, Albany, Washington and Rensselaer have acted against sales, Suffolk has its own local law, and Dutchess targets concentrated 7-OH. Send each address so we can check it against the county rule.
Plan for the Governor's decision
If S8925-A is signed, the 7-OH cap takes effect 90 days later. Keep extract inventory limited until the Governor acts, which must happen by the end of 2026.
New York compliance points for buyers
21+ with ID checks and a sign
No kratom business, wholesale or retail, may knowingly sell to anyone under 21. Sellers check photo ID and post the statutory under-21 warning, and online stores and print ads need the same line.
Labels from December 19, 2026
GBL 398-g covers anyone who makes, distributes or sells kratom in New York, including distributors. Labels must show the maker or distributor, ingredients, warnings and the quantity of mitragynine and 7-OH.
The 7-OH cap bill
S8925-A would bar sales above 2% of total alkaloids or 1 mg of 7-OH per serving. It passed both houses in June 2026 and awaits the Governor, so we quote extracts only against a lot report that fits those limits and ship no concentrated or isolated 7-OH products. We are checking back for updates.
County bans and orders
Nassau, Oneida, Albany, Washington and Rensselaer counties have acted against kratom sales, and Suffolk County has its own local law. We screen ship-to addresses, since county rules can change faster than state law.
Labels and records for New York
What the statute asks for on a package, and the records that let you stand behind it.
Mitragynine and 7-OH amounts
From December 19, 2026 the label has to state the quantity of each compound. Those numbers should trace to a lot report, and a label that rounds or estimates invites trouble.
Maker, warnings and synthetic status
The label also needs the maker or distributor, a full ingredient list, the under-21 notice, the pregnancy and breastfeeding advice, the addiction and interaction warnings, the FDA disclaimer and a statement on synthesized compounds.
