How to buy wholesale kratom

Bulk Kratom in Hawaii

Kratom. One supplies wholesale kratom leaf to Hawaii businesses, shipped direct from US manufacturers. Since September 22, 2026 an emergency order has put 7-OH above 0.050% of dry weight in Schedule I, and its per-article limit for processed products is unsettled, so we quote leaf formats only.

Short answer

Yes, for leaf. Kratom leaf and mitragynine are legal in Hawaii, which has no kratom age, label, testing or registration law. A temporary emergency order effective September 22, 2026 puts plant material over 0.050% 7-OH by dry weight in Schedule I and lapses unless the 2027 Legislature acts. Kratom. One quotes leaf powder and crushed leaf only.

Formats we quote for Hawaii

The Hawaii order applies a separate, stricter limit to extracts, edibles and pressed pills, and its wording is unsettled, so we quote leaf only.

Leaf powder for Hawaii buyers

Leaf powder is plant material, which the order holds to 0.050% 7-OH on a dry weight basis. We ask for a lot report that states 7-OH as a percent of dry weight before we quote.

Crushed leaf for Hawaii buyers

Crushed leaf is held to the same plant-material limit as powder. A lot report showing percent of dry weight is the way to document it.

How a Hawaii order works

  1. Send your business details, products, quantities and every Hawaii ship-to address through the quote form.

  2. We check the order against the current emergency order and tell you if anything needs to change before we quote.

  3. We quote the order. Pricing is not published and there is no online checkout.

  4. The manufacturer ships direct to you, with the lot's lab report available for the products you ordered.

Hawaii order checklist

Five things to settle before you place a Hawaii order, in the order they usually come up.

Request percent of dry weight

The leaf limit is stated as a percentage of dry weight. Ask for a lot report that gives 7-OH on that basis, because a milligram-per-gram figure alone will not answer the question.

Stay with leaf formats

The order sets a separate 0.050% or 1.00 mg per article limit for extracts, concentrates, processed edibles, pressed pills and synthetic articles. It does not say whether article means unit, package or serving, so we quote leaf only.

Remove 7-OH products from your Hawaii range

Tablets, shots, gummies and concentrated extracts built on 7-OH are the products the order targets. Do not carry them for Hawaii shipments.

Do not carry the three named compounds

Mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 are Schedule I in Hawaii at any amount, and federal Schedule I by DEA temporary order from August 26, 2026.

Set your own 21 and over gate

Hawaii law sets no kratom age, so the rule is your policy. A written age check is simple to keep and easy to defend.

Plan for January 2027

The emergency listings are nullified unless the 2027 Legislature enacts matching changes. Ask us to recheck before orders in the new year.

Hawaii compliance points for buyers

A temporary emergency order

The Narcotics Enforcement Division order took effect September 22, 2026 under HRS 329-11(e). It is nullified if the 2027 Legislature does not enact matching changes to chapter 329, so the rules may shift in the new year.

The leaf limit

Plant material with more than 0.050% 7-OH on a dry weight basis is Schedule I. Mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 are Schedule I at any amount, and we do not ship concentrated, isolated or synthetic 7-OH products.

Why we leave out other formats

Extracts, concentrates, processed edibles and pressed pills face 0.050% or 1.00 mg of 7-OH per article. The order does not say whether "article" means per unit, per package or per serving, so we do not quote those formats for Hawaii.

No state kratom framework

Hawaii has no kratom age, label, testing or registration law, and bills for one did not pass in 2026. The order was also posted and effective the same day despite a 30-day notice rule, and its validity is an open question, so confirm with Hawaii counsel.

Labels and records for Hawaii

What the statute asks for on a package, and the records that let you stand behind it.

No state label rule

Hawaii has no kratom label law. Federal food and drug labeling and adulteration law still applies, so keep ingredient and manufacturer details accurate.

A dry-weight figure you can back up

If you state a 7-OH figure for leaf, it should trace to a lot report that expresses 7-OH as a percent of dry weight, since that is how the order measures plant material.

What changed and what to watch

  • May 11, 2026

The Hawaii Department of Health warned the public about 7-OH and said it was evaluating regulatory and enforcement options.

  • August 26, 2026

DEA temporarily placed mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 in Schedule I. We do not supply these compounds.

  • September 22, 2026

The Narcotics Enforcement Division emergency order took effect, adding 7-OH above a threshold, MP, MGM-15 and MGM-16 to Schedule I.

  • October 14, 2026

DEA published a notice of intent on 7-OH and mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, using a different threshold than Hawaii. An order cannot issue before about November 13, 2026.

Local rules inside Hawaii

Local rules. We found no county or city kratom ordinance in Hawaii, but that is not confirmed as none. We check each ship-to address, and you should check county code as well.

Hawaii compared with nearby states

Alaska

No state kratom statute at all, though the Anchorage Assembly is weighing a ban and a state committee has urged Schedule IIA for 7-OH.

Washington

No statewide framework, but cities including Spokane, Spokane Valley, Cle Elum, Othello and Mount Vernon ban sales.

Nevada

No 7-OH scheduling today, but NRS 597.998 requires a label with ingredients and directions and a Board of Pharmacy draft would schedule kratom.
