Scope

Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Kratom. One (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit kratom.one, request a quote, place an order, upload documents or contact us (together, the “Service”). It applies to the people who act for our business customers and prospects. Kratom. One sells to businesses only and to buyers 21 or older, so this policy is written for a business-to-business relationship. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.

This policy works together with our Terms and Conditions, which govern quotes, orders, shipping and returns. We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page, and the “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.

Collect

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and company details. Your name, job title, business name, business email, phone number, billing and ship-to addresses, and your business type (for example retailer, distributor or manufacturer).
  • Quote and order details. The products, quantities and ship-to state you request, your messages to us, purchase order and invoice records, and shipping instructions.
  • Compliance documents. Where we or the law require them, items such as a resale or tax certificate, business license, state registration or other documents you choose to upload at checkout or send to us. Please do not send documents that contain more than we ask for, such as full government ID numbers or full account numbers.
  • Payment information. Payment is completed through the methods shown on your invoice or at checkout. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on our servers. We keep records such as the amount, date, method and last four digits or a reference number.

Information collected automatically

  • Your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and time of visit.
  • Security and anti-abuse signals, such as how fast a form was completed and how many requests come from one address.
  • Your age-confirmation choice, stored in your browser so you are not asked again on every page.

Information from others

We may receive information from payment processors, carriers, fraud and address-verification services, and public business records, as needed to complete and protect an order.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and we do not collect biometric data or precise location.

Use

How we use information

  • To answer inquiries, prepare quotes and confirm availability, pricing and lead times.
  • To take, process, fulfill, ship and support orders, including invoicing, collections and returns.
  • To check that an order can lawfully ship to its destination, verify that the buyer is a business and that the buyer is 21 or older, and apply our ship-to state restrictions.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, chargeback disputes and security incidents, and to enforce our Terms and Conditions.
  • To keep records for tax, accounting, regulatory and legal purposes.
  • To understand how the site is used and to improve our products, content and service.
  • To send order, shipping and account messages, and, where you have asked or where the law allows, product and pricing updates. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

We use your information only for these purposes or for purposes compatible with them. We do not use it to make decisions that have legal effects based solely on automated processing.

Share

How we share information

No sale

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that help us run the business under contract, such as web hosting and security, email and form delivery, payment processing, shipping carriers and insurers, analytics, accounting and customer support tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Manufacturers and laboratories. Kratom. One sells as agent for licensed manufacturers. The manufacturers that fulfill an order receive the ship-to name, address and order details needed to fulfill, ship, verify and support it. Laboratories receive limited batch details to resolve a quality claim or support private label production. Manufacturers are bound to keep this information confidential and may not use it to market to you. We do not give them your payment details.
  • Legal and safety. Government agencies, courts, carriers and other parties where we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena or regulation, including customs, postal and law enforcement requests, or is needed to protect rights, property, safety or to investigate fraud or a seizure or hold of a shipment.
  • Business transfers. A buyer or successor if Kratom. One is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
  • With your direction. Where you ask us to share information, for example with your freight forwarder or accountant.

We may share de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. These fall into four groups:

  • Essential. Keeping your cart and checkout session, remembering your age confirmation, protecting forms against spam and securing the site.
  • Preferences. Remembering choices you make, such as filters or sort order on collection pages.
  • Analytics. Measuring visits, pages viewed and traffic sources so we can improve the site.
  • Third-party. Cookies set by payment, embedded or analytics providers we use.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies are needed for checkout and quote forms, so parts of the site may not work if you block them. Where a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal or a do-not-track signal, we treat the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request where the law requires. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for advertising, there is no further advertising opt-out to apply.

Retention

Retention, security and where data is stored

Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Order, invoice and tax records are kept for the period required by law and for our legitimate business needs, commonly several years. Quote inquiries that do not become orders are kept for a limited period for follow-up and fraud prevention and are then deleted or de-identified. Documents you upload are kept only as long as they are needed to complete the order or meet legal requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, spam and abuse protection and limiting who can see uploaded documents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and regulators as the law requires.

Where data is stored

Kratom. One serves the United States only. Your information is processed and stored in the United States, and our service providers may process it in other countries under their own safeguards. We do not accept international orders.

Your rights

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
  • delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep for tax, legal, fraud-prevention or open-order reasons;
  • stop marketing emails (every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can ask us directly).

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws such as those in Colorado, California and other states may give you additional rights, including the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising (which we do not do), and to appeal a decision about your request. Some of these laws apply to business contact information only in limited ways, but we will honor reasonable requests from our business customers either way. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

How to make a request

Send your request through our contact page and write “Privacy request” in the message. To protect your account we may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by replying from the email address on file. We respond within 45 days, or sooner where the law requires, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our decision, and you may also contact your state attorney general.

More

Other things to know

Age and business-only use

The Service is for businesses and for buyers who are at least 21. It is not directed at consumers or minors. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 21, we delete it and cancel any related order.

Links to other websites

The site may link to other websites, such as carrier tracking pages, laboratories or payment providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before you give them information.

Changes to this policy

We may change this policy from time to time. If a change is material we will update the date at the top of this page, and, where the law requires, tell you in advance. Using the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.

FAQ

Privacy FAQ

Do you sell my information?

No. We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers, the manufacturers that fulfill your order, carriers, authorities where required, and as you direct.

What happens to the information I put in a quote request?

We use it to prepare your quote, check the rules for your ship-to state, and follow up. Quote requests that never become orders are kept for a limited time and then deleted or de-identified.

Do you store my card or bank details?

No. Payment is completed through the methods on your invoice or at checkout, and the payment provider handles card and bank details. We keep only payment records such as amount, date, method and a reference.

How is the uploaded document at checkout protected?

Documents you upload, such as a resale certificate or business license, are used only to complete your order and meet legal requirements. Access is limited to staff who need them, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.

Why do you ask me to confirm that I am 21 or older?

Kratom. One sells only to businesses and to buyers 21 or older. We store your confirmation in your browser so the prompt does not repeat on every page, and we may verify age or business status again before an order ships.

How do I delete my data or unsubscribe?

Use the contact page and write “Privacy request” in your message. We confirm your identity and respond within 45 days. Marketing emails also include an unsubscribe link.

Questions about your data?

Tell us what you need corrected, deleted or explained and we will reply by email.
