Kratom. One supplies wholesale kratom to Colorado businesses. Orders ship direct from US manufacturers and are checked against the Daniel Bregger Act before we quote: sales to 21 and over, the 2% 7-OH cap, the synthetic alkaloid ban and per-serving mitragynine and 7-OH label amounts. Some towns, including Castle Rock, have local sales bans.

Short answer
Yes, to adults 21 and over. The Daniel Bregger Act (C.R.S. 6-1-740) caps 7-OH at 2% of the alkaloid composition, bans synthetic and semi-synthetic alkaloids and requires per-serving mitragynine and 7-OH on retail labels. The Attorney General enforces it, and Castle Rock bans retail sales. Kratom. One quotes six formats to Colorado businesses, shipped direct.
Colorado at a glance
The short version of what applies to a Colorado order. Full rules are on our Colorado law page.
Formats we quote for Colorado
The confection-like and child-appealing language in the Bregger Act is aimed at how product is packaged and presented at retail. We supply businesses, not consumers, so all six formats are on our Colorado list, and retail presentation is yours to keep within it.
Leaf powder for Colorado buyers
Leaf powder is the straightforward Colorado format. The retail package needs per-serving mitragynine and 7-OH, so the lot report matters.

Red Maeng Da

Green Maeng Da

White Maeng Da

Red Bali

Green Malay

White Borneo
Crushed leaf for Colorado buyers
Crushed leaf follows the same rules as powder. Directions for use and servings per package have to be worked out by whoever sets the final retail serving.

Crushed Kratom Leaf
Capsules for Colorado buyers
A capsule is a fixed unit, which makes the Colorado per-serving mitragynine and 7-OH figures simple to print. Ask for the lot report that shows 7-OH against the 2% cap.

Red Vein Capsules

Green Vein Capsules

White Vein Capsules
Extracts for Colorado buyers
The 2% cap on 7-OH applies to concentrated products too, and synthetic or semi-synthetic alkaloids are barred outright. We quote extracts against a lot report, and we never ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products.

Kratom Extract Powder

Liquid Kratom Extract

Mitragynine Extract

High Purity Mitragynine
Gummies for Colorado buyers
The Bregger Act regulates how retail product is presented, and gummies are the format most likely to draw a question about confection-like packaging. The 2% cap, the synthetic ban and per-serving labels apply as for other formats. Plain, adult-oriented retail packaging is your responsibility, so confirm it with Colorado counsel.

Mixed Berry Gummies

Tropical Gummies

Watermelon Gummies
Shots for Colorado buyers
Liquid shots follow the same 2% 7-OH cap, synthetic alkaloid ban and per-serving label rules. Keep retail bottle design plain and adult-oriented, and ask for the lot report that shows 7-OH against the cap.

Colorado order checklist
Five things to settle before you place a Colorado order, in the order they usually come up.
Gate every sale at 21 and over
Selling or offering kratom to anyone under 21 is prohibited. Make the gate part of your counter and online checkout process, not just a sign.
Keep product out of reach of under-21s
Product cannot be displayed or stored where people under 21 can reach it. Plan shelf placement before the order lands.
Build the full label
Colorado lists many required elements: maker or distributor address, ingredients, warnings, directions with servings per package and a 24-hour maximum, and per-serving mitragynine and 7-OH. Draft the label from the lot report.
Review gummies and shots with counsel
The statute bars confection-like or child-appealing products and combustible or vape products. Have Colorado counsel review retail packaging for any gummy or shot before you stock it.
Check the town before every ship-to
Castle Rock has voted to ban retail kratom sales, and other towns can follow. Send every address so we can check it.
Keep lot reports on file
The Attorney General enforces under the Consumer Protection Act. A lot report is how you show the 2% cap and the per-serving figures.
Colorado compliance points for buyers
21 and over, and where product sits
Selling or offering kratom to anyone under 21 is prohibited, and product cannot be displayed or stored where people under 21 can reach it. We sell to businesses 21 and over, and your store policy should match.
The 2% line
7-OH may not exceed 2% of the alkaloid composition, and synthesized or semi-synthesized alkaloids are barred. Naturally occurring 7-OH below the cap is allowed but must be declared per serving. How the cap is measured was not stated in the sources we reviewed.
Retail packaging and child appeal
The statute bars combustible and vape kratom products and products that are confection-like or appealing to children. We read that as a retail packaging and presentation rule. Confirm with Colorado counsel, and ask us to recheck before a large order.
Labels, testing and enforcement
Retail labels must show per-serving mitragynine and 7-OH among other required elements. The enrolled text has no mandatory testing rule or license, but the Attorney General enforces under the Consumer Protection Act, so keep lot reports on file.
Labels and records for Colorado
What the statute asks for on a package, and the records that let you stand behind it.
Per-serving mitragynine and 7-OH
The label must give the quantity of mitragynine and 7-OH per serving. Work out the serving first, then compute the figures from the lot report so the two stay consistent.
Warnings and directions
Required elements include the maker or distributor name and address, a full ingredient list, advice against use if under 21, pregnant or breastfeeding, habit-forming and medication-interaction statements, the FDA disclaimer, a keep-out-of-reach-of-children statement, and directions with servings per package and a 24-hour maximum.
What changed and what to watch
- May 29, 2025
SB25-072, the Daniel Bregger Act, was signed and took effect the same day (C.R.S. 6-1-740).
- August 13, 2025
The Attorney General issued a public advisory saying kratom violations are Consumer Protection Act violations.
- August 26, 2026
DEA temporarily placed mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 in Schedule I. We do not supply these compounds.
- October 14, 2026
DEA published a notice of intent on 7-OH and mitragynine pseudoindoxyl. An order cannot issue before about November 13, 2026.
Local rules inside Colorado
Castle Rock. The Town Council voted 6-1 to ban retail kratom sales, with an effective date reported as November 2026. Sales are covered, not possession or use. Reports on the final vote date and penalties are inconsistent, so check the town code and tell us the address before ordering.
Colorado compared with nearby states
Arizona
Lower age and a wholesaler-specific definition: 18 under state law, the same 2% 7-OH cap, and mitragynine and 7-OH amounts on the label.
New Mexico
No kratom statute, but the Environment Department bars kratom in food and drink at permitted food sites, so we do not sell gummies, shots or liquids there.
Wyoming
Also 21 and over with a 2% 7-OH cap and per-serving labels, in force since July 1, 2026, but we do not list gummies there.
Bulk kratom in Colorado FAQ
Does Kratom. One ship wholesale kratom to Colorado?
Yes, to business buyers. Orders ship direct from US manufacturers after we review the Colorado ship-to address against the Bregger Act and local rules.
Which kratom formats can a Colorado store order?
Leaf powder, crushed leaf, capsules, extracts, gummies and shots. The statute's confection-like and child-appeal language is a retail packaging rule, so keep retail packaging plain and adult-oriented, and confirm it with Colorado counsel.
Does a Colorado retailer need lab reports?
The enrolled statute text has no mandatory testing rule, but labels must state per-serving mitragynine and 7-OH and the 2% cap is hard to show without a lot report. We make it available.
Does Kratom. One use the same 21 age as Colorado?
Yes. Colorado sets 21, and we sell to adults 21 and over only in every state we serve.
Can I have an order delivered to Castle Rock?
Castle Rock has voted to ban retail kratom sales. Send us the address and we will review it before quoting.
Who enforces the Colorado kratom law?
The Attorney General, under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act. The kratom statute does not spell out penalty amounts, so confirm exposure with Colorado counsel.
Can a Colorado town ban kratom even though the state allows it?
Yes. Castle Rock voted in fall 2026 to ban retail kratom sales, and other towns can act too. Check local code for each ship-to address.
