How to buy wholesale kratom

Bulk Kratom in Idaho

Kratom. One supplies wholesale kratom to Idaho businesses, shipped direct from US manufacturers. Idaho has no state kratom law as of October 2026 because every 2026 bill failed, so federal rules govern and we review each order against them. We still sell to business buyers aged 21 and over only.

Short answer

Yes, with no state rulebook. Idaho has no kratom statute, age limit, label rule, 7-OH cap or license as of October 2026, and both regulation and Schedule I bills failed this year. Federal rules still apply. Kratom. One quotes all six formats to Idaho businesses, ships direct from US manufacturers and rechecks Idaho before each quote because both kinds of bills may return in 2027.

Formats we quote for Idaho

Idaho sets no format rules of its own. What shapes each format is federal law and the chance that 2027 brings a ban or a regulation act.

6 products

Leaf powder for Idaho buyers

With no state label or testing rule, leaf powder is documented by the lot report alone. We keep that report available for every order, and it is the record you will want if Idaho acts in 2027.

Crushed leaf for Idaho buyers

Crushed leaf is treated the same as powder, and Idaho adds no packaging or label requirement of its own. Keep the lot report with the invoice.

Capsules for Idaho buyers

Capsules carry no Idaho-specific rule. Because both ban and regulation bills may return in 2027, a lot report for each capsule lot is worth keeping.

Extracts for Idaho buyers

Idaho has no extract cap, but federal rules still apply: mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 are federal Schedule I. We quote extracts against a lot report and do not ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products.

Gummies for Idaho buyers

Idaho has no edible rule. FDA treats 7-OH products as unlawful in foods and dietary supplements, which is another reason we never ship 7-OH products in edible form.

Shots for Idaho buyers

Liquids follow federal law only in Idaho. Keep the lot report on file, since the pending DEA notice would use a per-gram and per-milliliter threshold for 7-OH.

How an Idaho order works

  1. Send your business details, products, quantities and every Idaho ship-to address through the quote form.

  2. We check each address against federal rules and the local notes below, and tell you if anything needs to change before we quote.

  3. We quote the order. Pricing is not published and there is no online checkout.

  4. The manufacturer ships direct to you, with the lot's lab report available for the products you ordered.

Idaho order checklist

Five things to settle before you place a Idaho order, in the order they usually come up.

Settle your own age rule

Idaho sets no kratom age, so the policy is yours to write. We sell to 21 and over only, and the failed S 1418 also proposed 21, so a 21 gate would match where the legislature was heading.

Screen northern Idaho addresses

A September 2026 Coeur d'Alene Press story reported that a city regulated kratom products. The city and terms are unconfirmed, so send every Kootenai County area address before ordering.

Keep orders short-dated

Both a regulation bill and Schedule I bills had support in 2026 and may return when the legislature convenes in January 2027. Avoid long stock commitments that a ban would strand.

File lot reports by lot

No Idaho law requires testing today. Lot-level reports are still the best proof of what you stocked if a ban, cap or testing rule arrives, so store them with the purchase records.

Exclude federal Schedule I compounds

Mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 are federal Schedule I at any amount. Confirm none of your products contain them, and keep concentrated 7-OH products off the order.

Idaho compliance points for buyers

No state kratom statute

Idaho Code s. 37-2705 does not name kratom, mitragynine or 7-OH, and the state has no age limit, label rule, alkaloid cap, testing rule or license. That does not remove federal obligations, and it does not change our 21-and-over rule.

Federal rules fill the gap

Mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 are federal Schedule I at any amount under a DEA temporary order effective August 26, 2026. DEA also published a notice of intent on 7-OH on October 14, 2026, which is not yet an order.

Two kinds of bills, both failed

In 2026 the legislature weighed a regulation bill, S 1418, which failed 15-20 in the Senate, and Schedule I bills H 830 and H 864, which stayed in committee. Both approaches had support, so we recheck Idaho before each quote.

Who enforces what

No state agency enforces kratom rules in Idaho and there are no state kratom penalties. FDA and DEA enforce federal law, and federal Controlled Substances Act penalties apply to the three scheduled derivatives.

Labels and records for Idaho

What the statute asks for on a package, and the records that let you stand behind it.

No Idaho label mandate

The state has no kratom label rule. Use accurate product names and net quantities, avoid health claims, and print nothing about 7-OH that your lot report cannot support.

Records that survive a rule change

If Idaho adopts testing or label duties in 2027, buyers who kept lot reports, invoices and product specifications by lot will adapt fastest. Keep them together for each delivery.

What changed and what to watch

  • March 30, 2026

S 1418, a compromise regulation bill, failed in the Idaho Senate 15-20. H 830 and H 864, Schedule I bills, stayed in House committee.

  • August 26, 2026

DEA temporarily placed mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 in Schedule I. We do not supply these compounds.

  • October 14, 2026

DEA published a notice of intent on 7-OH and mitragynine pseudoindoxyl. An order cannot issue before about November 13, 2026.

  • January 2027

The next regular Idaho session convenes. Ban and regulation bills are likely to return.

Local rules inside Idaho

Kootenai County area (city unconfirmed). A September 16, 2026 Coeur d'Alene Press story was titled "City regulates kratom products." The article could not be opened, so the city and its terms are unconfirmed. Tell us if you ship to northern Idaho and we will review the address before quoting. No other Idaho city or county ordinance was confirmed.

Idaho compared with nearby states

Montana

Also no state law, but an interim committee voted 6-5 to advance a draft that would ban kratom statewide in 2027.

Washington

No statewide law either, but Spokane, Spokane Valley, Cle Elum, Othello and Mount Vernon ban sales, so ship-to cities are screened.

Wyoming

A regulated market: a 2% 7-OH cap under W.S. 35-7-2201 to 2203, in force since July 1, 2026, and gummies are not listed there.
