Kratom. One supplies wholesale kratom to Washington businesses outside banned cities, direct from US manufacturers. The state has no kratom law, so the real rules are municipal. Spokane, Spokane Valley, Cle Elum, Othello and Mount Vernon ban sales, and more towns are moving, so we screen the city of every ship-to address before we quote.

Short answer
Yes, outside banned cities. Washington has no statewide kratom law, age limit or 7-OH rule, but city ordinances in Spokane, Spokane Valley, Cle Elum, Othello and Mount Vernon ban sales, and Bellingham and others were moving in late 2026. Kratom. One quotes all six formats to Washington businesses, direct from US manufacturers, and holds any order whose city is banned or unconfirmed.
Washington at a glance
The short version of what applies to a Washington order. Full rules are on our Washington law page.
Formats we quote for Washington
Washington has no state rule on format, so the limiting factor is the city. City bans cover kratom in any form, and several name 7-OH directly.
Leaf powder for Washington buyers
With no state label or testing rule, general federal food and supplement labeling applies. In a banned city the format makes no difference.

Red Maeng Da

Green Maeng Da

White Maeng Da

Red Bali

Green Malay

White Borneo
Crushed leaf for Washington buyers
Treated the same as powder. The ship-to city decides whether the order can go, not the cut of the leaf.

Crushed Kratom Leaf
Capsules for Washington buyers
No state rule applies to capsules. Where a city ordinance defines kratom broadly, capsules are covered like any other product.

Red Vein Capsules

Green Vein Capsules

White Vein Capsules
Extracts for Washington buyers
Several city bans expressly cover mitragynine and 7-OH products, so an extract is no way around them. We do not ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products anywhere.

Kratom Extract Powder

Liquid Kratom Extract

Mitragynine Extract

High Purity Mitragynine
Gummies for Washington buyers
Washington has no kratom edible rule at state level. Spokane Valley's ordinance covers any kratom product, natural or synthetic, so the city check comes first.

Mixed Berry Gummies

Tropical Gummies

Watermelon Gummies
Shots for Washington buyers
Liquids have no state-level rule. The same city bans apply, and each sale or ad can count as a separate violation in some ordinances.

How a Washington order works
-
Send your business details, products, quantities and each Washington ship-to address through the quote form.
-
We screen the city of every address against the local bans below, and tell you if an address cannot be served before we quote.
-
We quote the order. Pricing is not published and there is no online checkout.
-
The manufacturer ships direct to you, with the lot's lab report available for the products you ordered.
Washington order checklist
Five things to settle before you place a Washington order, in the order they usually come up.
Give us the city, not just the county
Bans attach to city limits, so an address in Spokane Valley is treated differently from one a few miles away. Send the full street address and city for each location.
Look up your own city council agenda
Bellingham, Lynden, Whatcom County and Royal City were all discussing bans in late 2026. Check agendas for your city and any city you ship into.
Protect the city business license
In Spokane, Spokane Valley, Othello and Mount Vernon a violation can cost a business its city license. The exposure is the whole shop license, not just the kratom line.
Keep banned-city sales and ads out entirely
A ban covers sale and distribution within city limits, and some cover advertising. If you have a store in a banned city, we cannot supply that address, and any listing or sign for kratom there is a risk too.
Choose formats by what a city might later define
Ordinances define kratom broadly, including mitragynine and 7-OH products. A switch of format does not avoid a ban, so do not plan around it.
Keep a federal baseline
With no state label rule, general federal labeling applies. Keep lot reports on file for every product regardless of city.
Washington compliance points for buyers
No state framework
No RCW chapter regulates kratom. Washington has no state age limit, label rule, testing rule or 7-OH cap, and no state agency enforces anything specific to it. General federal labeling and controlled-substance law still apply.
City bans are the real rule
Enacted city bans cover sale, distribution and in some cases advertising. They do not ban possession, and several define kratom to include natural or synthetic mitragynine and 7-OH.
License risk lands on the buyer
In Spokane, Spokane Valley, Othello and Mount Vernon a violation can cost a business its city license, and Spokane Valley counts each sale and each ad as a separate violation. That is a risk to your account as well as the buyer.
State bills died in 2026
HB 2291 (licensing, 21+, 2% 7-OH cap, preemption of local bans), SB 6196 (a distributor tax) and SB 6287 all stalled. They do not carry over, and any 2027 attempt needs new bills.
Labels and records for Washington
What the statute asks for on a package, and the records that let you stand behind it.
No state label rule
Washington has no kratom-specific label requirement at state level. Federal food and supplement labeling is the baseline for anything you put on a shelf.
Ads count in some cities
Spokane Valley bans advertising as well as sale. Product names, shelf signs and web listings for kratom are therefore part of the compliance picture there.

Washington compared with nearby states
Idaho
No kratom statute, age limit, 7-OH cap or label law at state level, so the Idaho quote check is not driven by city bans as it is in Washington.
Montana
No state kratom law found, with the 70th Legislature convening in January 2027.
Nevada
A state label rule exists there: ingredients and directions for safe and effective use, with a state age of 18.
