How to buy wholesale kratom

Bulk Kratom in New Mexico

Kratom. One supplies wholesale kratom to New Mexico businesses, shipped direct from US manufacturers. Since December 18, 2025 the Environment Department bars kratom in any food or beverage at permitted food sites, so we do not sell gummies, shots or liquids there. We quote leaf powder, crushed leaf, capsules and non-liquid extracts.

Short answer

Yes, with limits. New Mexico has no kratom statute, age limit or 7-OH rule, but since December 18, 2025 NMED treats any food or beverage containing kratom as adulterated at state-permitted food sites. For that reason Kratom. One does not sell gummies, shots or liquids into New Mexico. We quote leaf powder, crushed leaf, capsules and non-liquid extracts, and ask about food permits first.

Formats we quote for New Mexico

NMED named gummies, shots and liquids in its food and beverage release, so we do not sell them in New Mexico. Powders, capsules and non-liquid extracts are not named, and we quote them with the permit questions below.

6 products

Leaf powder for New Mexico buyers

Leaf powder is not a food or drink product in itself, but NMED has not said how its rule treats packaged powder at retailers without a food permit. Ask counsel before placing it with a food-permitted customer.

Crushed leaf for New Mexico buyers

Crushed leaf is treated the same way as powder. The release does not address it directly, so confirm whether your customer holds an NMED food permit.

Capsules for New Mexico buyers

Capsules are the format least likely to be read as a food or drink. The release is silent on them, so we ask each buyer about permits before we quote.

Extracts for New Mexico buyers

Liquid extract is not sold into New Mexico. Extract powder and the mitragynine extracts are not named in the NMED release, but the food rule is unsettled for packaged products, so we ask about permits first. We never ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products.

How a New Mexico order works

  1. Send your business details, products, quantities and every New Mexico ship-to address through the quote form, and tell us if the site holds an NMED food permit.

  2. We check each address against the NMED food rule and tell you if anything needs to change before we quote. Food and drink forms are not quoted for New Mexico.

  3. We quote the order. Pricing is not published and there is no online checkout.

  4. The manufacturer ships direct to you, with the lot's lab report available for the products you ordered.

New Mexico order checklist

Five things to settle before you place a New Mexico order, in the order they usually come up.

Tell us if the site has a food permit

The NMED rule applies at state-permitted food establishments. A convenience store, cafe or bar with a food permit is in a different position from a shop without one, so say which you are.

Keep food and drink forms out of the order

NMED named shots and liquids, gummies, drink mixes and vapes as common kratom products. We do not quote gummies, shots or liquid extract for New Mexico, and a buyer should not plan to mix kratom into anything it serves.

Get counsel on packaged leaf and capsules

The release does not say whether the rule reaches packaged powder or capsules sold by a retailer with no food permit. That is unsettled, so get an opinion before placing either with a food-permitted customer.

Confirm Albuquerque before shipping

A secondary source says the city banned retail sales in October 2025, but no city record was found. Send any Albuquerque address and we will review it before we quote.

Do not assume a state age rule

New Mexico sets no statewide minimum age for kratom, so the age policy is yours. Ours is 21 and over, applied the same way as in every state.

Watch the January 2027 session

The next regular session is 60 days and starts in January 2027. No kratom, mitragynine or 7-OH bill was filed in the 2026 regular session, but that can change.

New Mexico compliance points for buyers

The NMED food and beverage rule

On December 18, 2025 NMED and the Department of Health said kratom is not an approved food ingredient, so food or drink containing it is adulterated. Permitted food sites had to stop using it at once.

Which products the release names

The release lists shots and liquids, gummies, drink mixes and vapes as common kratom products. That is why we do not sell gummies, shots or liquid extracts in New Mexico.

An open question on packaged leaf

The release does not say whether the rule reaches packaged powder or capsules sold by retailers with no food permit. We treat that as unsettled and ask about permits before quoting.

No kratom statute or 7-OH rule

New Mexico has no law on kratom age, labels or testing, and kratom and 7-OH are not on the Board of Pharmacy Schedule I rule. We still never ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products.

Labels and records for New Mexico

What the statute asks for on a package, and the records that let you stand behind it.

No kratom label statute

New Mexico has no kratom-specific label rule. For leaf, capsules and extract powder, a plain accurate ingredient list that matches the lot report is the sensible standard.

Keep food-style claims off the pack

Because the rule treats kratom as an unapproved food ingredient, packaging that presents the product as something to add to food or drink invites the wrong reading. Describe the product as leaf, capsules or extract powder and nothing more.

What changed and what to watch

  • October 2025

One secondary source says Albuquerque banned retail kratom sales and seized more than 5,400 products. City records were not found.

  • December 18, 2025

NMED and the Department of Health said kratom may not be used in any food or beverage at state-permitted food establishments, effective at once.

  • August 26, 2026

DEA temporarily placed mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 in Schedule I. We do not supply these compounds.

  • October 14, 2026

DEA published a notice of intent on 7-OH and mitragynine pseudoindoxyl. An order cannot issue before about November 13, 2026.

Local rules inside New Mexico

Albuquerque. A secondary source says the city banned retail kratom sales in October 2025, citing no record. It is unclear whether that was an ordinance or a food-permit action. Las Cruces, Santa Fe, Rio Rancho and other cities were not confirmed either way. Confirm with us before ordering to any Albuquerque address.

New Mexico compared with nearby states

Arizona

Has a kratom statute where New Mexico has none: 18 and over, 7-OH capped at 2% of alkaloid composition, and synthetics banned.

Colorado

A full set of product rules: 21 and over, a 2% 7-OH cap and per-serving label amounts.

Texas

A statute with a 2% 7-OH cap, a ban on synthetic alkaloids and a use-directions label rule, none of which New Mexico has.

Yes, to business buyers, in leaf powder, crushed leaf, capsules and non-liquid extracts. Orders ship direct from US manufacturers after we review the ship-to address and any NMED food permit.

Is kratom legal to sell in New Mexico?

Yes, with limits. There is no kratom statute, but kratom may not be used in any food or beverage at a state-permitted food establishment since December 18, 2025.

Why are gummies and shots not offered for New Mexico?

NMED treats any food or beverage containing kratom as adulterated at permitted food sites and named shots, gummies and drink mixes in its release, so we do not sell them there. We also do not sell liquid products into New Mexico.

The state does not require testing. A lot report is still the practical record of what you stock. See our lab results page for what we provide.

Why does Kratom. One use 21 when New Mexico has no age limit?

New Mexico sets no statewide age for kratom. We sell to adults 21 and over only, which keeps one rule across every state we serve.

Can I have an order delivered to Albuquerque?

A secondary source reports a city retail ban from October 2025 that we could not confirm. Tell us the address and we will review it before quoting.

Does New Mexico limit 7-OH?

Not by its own rule. 7-OH is not on the Board of Pharmacy Schedule I rule, and no 7-OH bill was found in the 2025 or 2026 sessions. We never ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products.
