Kratom. One supplies wholesale kratom to Oklahoma businesses, direct from US manufacturers. Oklahoma is one of the few states where the statute names wholesalers as vendors, so the 1% cap on 7-OH, the synthesized-alkaloid ban and the label content rules reach the supply chain. We check each order against the Act before we quote.

Short answer
Yes. Oklahoma regulates kratom under the Kratom Consumer Protection Act, as amended by SB 891 in November 2025. It caps 7-OH at 1% of total kratom alkaloids by HPLC, bans synthesized alkaloids and treats manufacturers and wholesalers as vendors. Kratom. One quotes all six formats to Oklahoma businesses, ships direct from US manufacturers and reviews every ship-to address first.

Formats we quote for Oklahoma
The Act ties every product to the same alkaloid math. What differs by format is what the label and the lab report have to show.
Leaf powder for Oklahoma buyers
Leaf may contain no more than 3.5% total alkaloids by dry weight, so the lot report matters for powder. Some powders also need a calibrated measuring device under the Act.

Green Maeng Da

White Maeng Da

Red Bali

Green Malay

White Borneo
Crushed leaf for Oklahoma buyers
Crushed leaf falls under the same 3.5% leaf ceiling and the 1% 7-OH cap. The label must carry total alkaloids, mitragynine and 7-OH amounts.

Crushed Kratom Leaf
Capsules for Oklahoma buyers
Fixed units make the label's serving size and servings-per-container entries straightforward. Ask for the lot report showing 7-OH as a share of total kratom alkaloids.

Red Vein Capsules

Green Vein Capsules

White Vein Capsules
Extracts for Oklahoma buyers
The Act expects mitragynine to be the most abundant alkaloid in an extract and at least twice any other, on top of the 1% 7-OH cap. We quote extracts against a lot report only, never ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products, and suggest confirming high-purity products with Oklahoma counsel.

Kratom Extract Powder

Liquid Kratom Extract

Mitragynine Extract

High Purity Mitragynine
Gummies for Oklahoma buyers
The Act has no separate edible rule in the text we reviewed, so the 1% cap, the synthesized-alkaloid ban and the full label content apply. Confirm food-law questions with Oklahoma counsel.

Mixed Berry Gummies

Tropical Gummies

Watermelon Gummies
Shots for Oklahoma buyers
Small liquids may need a calibrated measuring device. Label directions must give serving size and maximum servings per day.

Oklahoma order checklist
Five things to settle before you place a Oklahoma order, in the order they usually come up.
Treat yourself as a vendor
The Act defines vendor to include manufacturers and wholesalers. If you resell to other stores, assume the labeling and lab-result duties follow the product down the chain to you.
Match the label to the lot report
Total alkaloids, mitragynine and 7-OH amounts must appear on the label. Compare each printed figure with the lot report before a product goes on a shelf, since the 1% line is measured by HPLC.
Keep an independent lab result ready
The State Department of Health may ask for results from a U.S.-based, nationally accredited lab with no financial interest in the vendor. Keep one on file per lot so a request does not stall your sales.
Read the current statute for label details
SB 891 removed or changed some packaging and labeling items, and we could not tell from the enrolled text which. Check the codified text for the exact list before you print labels.
Watch the Schedule I talk
A legislator announced in September 2026 that he intends to file a Schedule I bill. Avoid heavy inventory of any one format until you see whether a bill is filed.
Send every delivery address
We did not confirm any Oklahoma city or county ordinance, which is not the same as there being none. List warehouses and store addresses so we can check each one.
Oklahoma compliance points for buyers
Wholesalers are vendors
The Act defines a vendor to include manufacturers and wholesalers. Labeling and testing duties therefore reach a supplier like us and our manufacturers, not only the store at the end of the chain.
The 1% line and leaf ceiling
7-OH may not exceed 1% of total kratom alkaloids by weight, measured by HPLC. Kratom leaf may contain no more than 3.5% total alkaloids by dry weight. Synthesized alkaloids and residual solvents above FDA ICH Q3C limits are barred.
Labels must be complete
Before sale the label must show ingredients, total alkaloids, mitragynine and 7-OH amounts, vendor name and street address, directions with serving size and maximum servings per day, and a statement that sale to anyone under 18 is prohibited. We could not confirm which items SB 891 changed, so check the current statute.
Lab results on request
The State Department of Health may ask a vendor for results from a U.S.-based, nationally accredited independent lab with no financial interest in the vendor. The Act requires no routine pre-market testing, and we found no kratom license.
Labels and records for Oklahoma
What the statute asks for on a package, and the records that let you stand behind it.
The full alkaloid block
Oklahoma asks for total alkaloids, mitragynine and 7-OH amounts, not 7-OH alone. Build one alkaloid line per product from the lot report and reprint it when the lot changes.
Serving math and the age statement
Directions need serving size, servings per container and maximum servings per day, plus a statement that sale to anyone under 18 is prohibited. Oklahoma says 18, but our own sales rule stays at 21.
What changed and what to watch

Representative Tim Turner announced he intends to file a bill placing kratom in Schedule I. No bill number had been assigned.
- October 14, 2026
DEA published a notice of intent on 7-OH and mitragynine pseudoindoxyl. An order cannot issue before about November 13, 2026.
Local rules inside Oklahoma
No city or county rules confirmed. We did not confirm any city or county kratom ordinances in Oklahoma. That is not the same as there being none, so tell us the ship-to address and we will check it before quoting.
Oklahoma compared with nearby states
Texas
Same age of 18, but a looser 7-OH limit: 2% of overall alkaloid composition rather than 1%.
Colorado
Higher age of 21 under state law, with a 2% cap on the 7-OH alkaloid fraction and synthetic and semi-synthetic alkaloids banned.
Missouri
No state kratom law at all, though Kansas City has a 21+ rule, a synthetic 7-OH ban and a retail license.
Bulk kratom in Oklahoma FAQ
Does Kratom. One ship wholesale kratom to Oklahoma?
Yes, to business buyers. Orders ship direct from US manufacturers after we review the Oklahoma ship-to address against the Kratom Consumer Protection Act.
Which kratom formats can an Oklahoma store order from you?
Leaf powder, crushed leaf, capsules, extracts, gummies and shots. Extracts must meet the Act's rule that mitragynine be the most abundant alkaloid and at least twice any other, so we quote them against a lot report.
Does an Oklahoma wholesaler have to follow the state kratom law?
Yes. The Act's definition of vendor includes manufacturers and wholesalers, so the 1% 7-OH cap and the label content rules apply to the supply chain.
What is the 7-OH limit in Oklahoma?
7-OH may not exceed 1% of total kratom alkaloids by weight, measured by HPLC. Synthesized alkaloids, including synthesized 7-OH, are banned, and we never ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products.
Why does Kratom. One use 21 when Oklahoma says 18?
The Act bars sales to anyone under 18. We sell to businesses and adults 21 and over only, which keeps one rule across every state we serve.
Could Oklahoma ban kratom?
It may try. A legislator said in September 2026 he intends to file a Schedule I bill, and the Bureau of Narcotics has talked about scheduling concentrated products. Nothing had been filed when we checked, and we recheck before each quote.
