Kratom. One supplies wholesale kratom to Alaska businesses, shipped direct from US manufacturers. Alaska has no state kratom statute, so the ship-to address decides most of the review: the Anchorage Assembly is weighing a ban, and a state advisory committee has urged Schedule IIA for 7-OH. We check both before we quote.

Short answer
Yes. Alaska has no kratom statute, and kratom is not named in the state drug schedules, so there is no state age, label, testing or license rule. The open questions are Anchorage, where the Assembly is considering a ban, and a March 2026 committee call to schedule 7-OH. Kratom. One quotes six formats to Alaska businesses and reviews every address first.
Alaska at a glance
The short version of what applies to an Alaska order. Full rules are on our Alaska law page.
Formats we quote for Alaska
With no Alaska format rule on the books, the open questions are local ordinances and the federal 7-OH notice, not the format itself.
Leaf powder for Alaska buyers
Natural leaf powder is the baseline product for an Alaska buyer. No state label or testing rule applies, so a lot report is your own record of what you stocked.

Red Maeng Da

Green Maeng Da

White Maeng Da

Red Bali

Green Malay

White Borneo
Crushed leaf for Alaska buyers
Crushed leaf is treated like powder under the research we reviewed: no state format rule. The main check is the ship-to address, because Anchorage is considering a ban.

Crushed Kratom Leaf
Capsules for Alaska buyers
No Alaska rule addresses capsules. Fixed-unit packaging keeps your own labeling simple, and we can provide the lot report for the batch you order.

Red Vein Capsules

Green Vein Capsules

White Vein Capsules
Extracts for Alaska buyers
The state committee letter cites refined kratom imports in Western Alaska, so extracts get the closest review. We quote them against a lot report, and we never ship concentrated or isolated 7-OH products.

Kratom Extract Powder

Liquid Kratom Extract

Mitragynine Extract

High Purity Mitragynine
Gummies for Alaska buyers
Alaska has no edible-specific kratom rule in the sources we reviewed. A city could still act, so confirm the address and any local ordinance before you place the order.

Mixed Berry Gummies

Tropical Gummies

Watermelon Gummies
Shots for Alaska buyers
Liquids follow the same absence of a state rule. We check the ship-to address and the federal 7-OH notice before we quote.

How an Alaska order works
-
Send your business details, products, quantities and every Alaska ship-to address through the quote form.
-
We check each address against the Anchorage proposal and any other local rule we can confirm, and tell you if something needs to change before we quote.
-
We quote the order. Pricing is not published and there is no online checkout.
-
The manufacturer ships direct to you, with the lot's lab report available for the products you ordered.
Alaska order checklist
Five things to settle before you place a Alaska order, in the order they usually come up.
Settle the Anchorage question first
If any delivery point is in Anchorage, hold the order until the municipal code is checked. The Assembly took up a ban proposal in October 2026, and its scope and outcome are not confirmed.
Set your own age gate
Alaska law sets no minimum age, so your store policy is the only rule. A city or borough could add one later, and a written 21 and over policy is easy to defend.
Keep a lot report for every product
Nothing in state law asks for testing, but a report is the best proof of what you stocked if the Legislature or a city acts. File it with the invoice.
Avoid anything built around 7-OH
The advisory committee asked for Schedule IIA on 7-OH and two related compounds. Plan your range around natural leaf products so a rule change does not strand stock.
Do not stock the federally scheduled compounds
Mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 have been temporary federal Schedule I since August 26, 2026. We do not supply them.
Mark the January 2027 session
The Legislature convenes in January 2027, the next chance to act on the committee letter. Ask us for a recheck before any large order that month.
Alaska compliance points for buyers
No statute, so local rules lead
Alaska law sets no age limit, label content, testing standard or seller license for kratom, and kratom is not named in the state schedules. That finding rests on two secondary reviews, so we treat the address, not the state, as the main compliance question.
Anchorage Assembly proposal
The Anchorage Daily News reported on October 7, 2026 that the Assembly would consider a ban on kratom and related products. The ordinance number, scope, hearing date and outcome were not confirmed. We hold Anchorage orders until the code is checked.
7-OH scheduling recommendation
On March 31, 2026 the state Controlled Substances Advisory Committee asked the Governor to place 7-OH, mitragynine pseudoindoxyl and MGM-15 in Schedule IIA. The letter has no legal effect by itself, and no source showed adoption as of October 18, 2026.
Federal notice still applies
DEA published a notice of intent on October 14, 2026 covering 7-OH and mitragynine pseudoindoxyl above set thresholds. We ask for lot-level lab reports so you can see where a product sits against those figures.
Labels and records for Alaska
What the statute asks for on a package, and the records that let you stand behind it.
No state label rule
Alaska sets no required label content for kratom. Federal food and drug labeling and adulteration law still applies, so keep ingredient and manufacturer details accurate on whatever you print.
Do not print claims you cannot trace
If you state an alkaloid figure on a package, it should trace to a lot report. With no state format to follow, a consistent internal label standard is your protection if rules arrive.
What changed and what to watch
- March 31, 2026
The Controlled Substances Advisory Committee wrote to the Governor recommending Schedule IIA for 7-OH, mitragynine pseudoindoxyl and MGM-15.
- August 26, 2026
DEA temporarily placed mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 in Schedule I. We do not supply these compounds.
- October 7, 2026
The Anchorage Daily News reported that the Anchorage Assembly would consider a ban on kratom and related products.
- October 14, 2026
DEA published a notice of intent on 7-OH and mitragynine pseudoindoxyl. An order cannot issue before about November 13, 2026.
Local rules inside Alaska
Anchorage. The Assembly is considering a ban on kratom and related products, per an Anchorage Daily News report on October 7, 2026. Scope and outcome were not confirmed, so tell us the address and we will review it before quoting.
Mat-Su, Fairbanks North Star, Juneau. No borough rules turned up for these areas, but that search was not exhaustive. We still check each ship-to address.
Alaska compared with nearby states
Washington
No statewide kratom law either, but several cities, including Spokane, Spokane Valley, Cle Elum, Othello and Mount Vernon, already ban sales.
Hawaii
A September 22, 2026 emergency order puts 7-OH above a low threshold in Schedule I, so we quote leaf formats only there.
Idaho
Also no state kratom statute; every 2026 bill failed there, so federal rules govern.
